This Site is operated by Perfectly Mental LLC (“Perfectly Mental,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed mental health practice in Mansfield, Texas.

1. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute, and should not be construed as, professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this Site creates a therapist-client relationship between you and Perfectly Mental or Jillian Rausche, MS, LPC.

2. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Visiting this Site, submitting a contact form, or sending an email to Perfectly Mental does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established through a signed client services agreement and the commencement of clinical services. Until that relationship is established, any information you submit through this Site is not protected by therapist-client privilege.

3. Permitted Use

You may use this Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use this Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
